Firefly’s long awaited Blue Ghost mission is set to deliver commercial and government payloads to the moon in 2024.
The payloads include 10 NASA-sponsored payloads as part of their Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) initiative. The lander will provide the necessary data, power, and thermal resources to enable the payloads to operate for an entire lunar day; that being 14 Earth days, and hopefully into the dark, cold lunar night.
